The Oil is obtained from the selection of the best olives grown on the farm, The cultivars present in this oil are: Leccino, Frantoio, Sargano, Piantone di Falerone, Piantone di Mogliano, Moragliolo, located in the various olive groves.
The oil is obtained from an olive cultivation (Piantone of Falerone) which dates back to the roman empire era. In fact, the area which this cultivation covers, is named after a former roman colony, the ruins of which can still be seen today dating back 29 century B.C.
The Oil is obtained by a cold pressing of the olives mixed togheter with lemon.
